Privacy
Last updated: 2 October 2026. Short version: we store the minimum needed to send you tender alerts, and we don't do anything else with it.
What we collect and why
- Your email address and alert preferences (trades, region) — stored so we can send you the alerts you're paying for. That's the entire purpose.
- Subscription status events from Payhip (subscribed, cancelled) — so alerts start when you pay and stop when you cancel.
- Bid profile details you type (ABN, licences, insurances) — only so a bid pack can be drafted. We never lodge it.
What we don't do
- No payment data. Payments are handled entirely by Payhip and their payment processors. Your card details never touch our systems. See Payhip's privacy policy.
- No tracking pixels, no analytics scripts, no ad cookies on this site in its current version. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of your email or preferences with anyone, full stop.
Where it lives
Subscriber records are stored in Postgres when DATABASE_URL is set (Vercel Postgres or Neon), with short-lived keys in KV when KV_REST_API_URL is set, and vault files in Vercel Blob when BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN is set. A local file is the fallback on a machine without those. The previous production host was Cloudflare Workers KV and D1. Same rule either way: minimum data.
Your controls
- Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
- You can update your trades and region anytime at the preferences page.
- Download or delete your record from Your data in the member area.
- Want a human to do it? Email support@tradietenders.com and we'll remove your record and confirm.
